The Manager, ARA LOGOS Logistics Trust Management Limited, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of LOGOS Group (“LOGOS”). ARA Asset Management Limited ("ARA" or the “Group”) is a majority shareholder of LOGOS, which operates as ARA’s global logistics real estate platform.
On 5 March 2020, ARA completed its acquisition of a majority stake in LOGOS via its logistics arm. LOGOS now operates as ARA’s exclusive platform for logistics real estate assets globally.
This combines ARA’s global fund management capabilities with LOGOS’ extensive Asia Pacific logistics property and development expertise to create a best-in-class logistics real estate development and investment management platform.
